Wernersville, Pennsylvania Shift: Full-Time Overview: We are
seeking a detail-oriented Medical Lab Scientist to join our
laboratory team. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic
testing, ensure quality control, and contribute to accurate patient
care. Responsibilities: Conduct laboratory tests and analyses on
biological specimens. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
Adhere to safety and quality control protocols. Collaborate with
healthcare professionals to interpret results. Assist in training
and mentoring laboratory staff. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree
in Medical Laboratory Science or related field. ASCP certification
or equivalent preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving
